Bengal Panchayat Election 2023: Check Full Schedule
The West Bengal State Election Commission (SEC) has announced the schedule for the 2023 Panchayat elections. The elections will be held on July 8. The counting of votes will take place on July 11
The first phase of the elections will cover 294 Zilla Parishad seats, 9240 Panchayat Samiti seats, and 48751 Gram Panchayat seats. The third and final phase will cover 276 Zilla Parishad seats, 8722 Panchayat Samiti seats, and 46559 Gram Panchayat seats.
The nomination process for the elections will begin on June 9 and will end on June 15. Last Date of Withdrawal of nominations June 20.
